The New England (CT, RI, MA) Undergraduate Leadership and Brotherhood Retreat is a one day experience designed to strengthen unity, build leadership skills, and deepen the commitment of Sigma Men. Brothers will engage in workshops, fellowship, and guided conversations that support chapter excellence and personal growth.
The day begins with registration, breakfast, and an opening session followed by the My Sigma Journey, giving brothers a chance to connect and reflect on their path in Sigma. Leadership training follows with Rules to the Game led by Gerald Fernandez, then a session on effective chapter management and event planning.
During the Brotherhood Lunch, brothers will hear remarks from Judge Kas D. Karvalho. The afternoon focuses on Living the Principles through community service planning, followed by a Wellness and Brotherhood Circle that supports the…
